Time for Tulle

When Tadpoles introduced The Tulle Collection for Crib and Bed Skirts, Valances and Curtain Panels 3 years ago, we thought it was a timely idea. We saw how much little girls  loved wearing tutus and dancing around. We thought “Hey, this is a great idea for our Princess room!”, which was all the rage back then. ( I suspect it could make a resurgence again with a new princess Kate waiting in the wings.)

Little did we know that this trend was only just the tip of  Tulle’s rising popularity. We’ve noticed more and more tutus and tulle on the flash sale sites recently. Well this weekend while running around and shopping, we noticed that the Gap had tulle for kids in full force. Printed with stars, layers of border tulle, gathered as ruffles and dip dyed. Tulle is hitting peak (again!). . . and my toddler could not be happier.
